Returns & Refund
Please kindly check your pet’s measurements to make sure that the item fits before ordering. We don’t accept refund due to the item doesn’t fit. We only accept returns if the items have any fault or damage. We are happy to accept any refund items within 7 days of purchase. Amount will be returned in full less the cost of shipping.
Custom made items are not refundable and cannot be exchanged; however our designers will work with along the way to get things right. Please measure your pet carefully and feel free to ask if you have any questions about size or color options.
